Our Colorado yoga retreat allowed us to embrace the beauty of the mountains and apply that beauty to the relaxation of the mind and soul. The Colorado yoga retreat instructors introduced us to equestrian yoga, which embraces Hatha Yoga on a horse as well as on the mat. It was the perfect blend of focus on balance, flexibility, and core strength. I am officially a convert!
