Last week, MTV star Diem Brown died at 32 after being diagnosed with her third bout of ovarian cancer, which spread to her stomach, colon, liver, and lymph nodes.
During her seven seasons on MTV's The Challenge, Brown had a long on-and-off relationship with bad boy Chris "CT" Tamburello, and the two eventually became adorable best friends.
Really, really adorable.
Today, Tamburello wrote a heartbreaking post on Instagram in which he said she was his "reason to be a better man" and that "Our plan to be together forever hasn't changed... it's just going to take a little longer now."
