Germany Makes Facebook "Like" Button Illegal

Thilo Weichert, an official from the German state of Schleswig-Holstein’s data protection, said that the Like button’s ability to track a user’s movement across the web violates privacy laws.
Don’t they know that we’ve agreed to hand our lives over to the social networking authorities?
