Seems obvious, but our busy schedules often get in the way of healthy eating. Set aside one day a week to buy fresh produce.
2. Prep those veggies!
Failing to plan is planning to fail right? Wash and cut up veggies for easy access throughout the week. Cooking will be quick and easy!
Start off with a little olive oil in a pan, throw some veggies in and let them cook. Then add some eggs and scramble. Bam, you’re practically Emeril.
Just a spoonful of sugar to make the medicine go down? That’s the idea. Put a handle of kale or spinach into your fruit smoothie to mask the taste.

Roast veggies in a slow cooker. Toss in some already prepped veggies in a crock pot in the morning and they’ll be ready later. How easy is that?
