These comments make me more sad than the post. I didn't go to Penn State, but JoePa was a great coach who DID report the crimes to the administration. How many of you read the grand jury report? He doesn't deserve to get fired and have his legacy tarnished by the actions of one sick man and an administration of idiots. Trallying behind their coach, not the cover up or the football program. They have the decency To stand up for someone taking the fall for something he didn't do. It also makes me sick to read that ALL of you assume you would do SO much better. When I was 18 I would have been just as angry and appalled by the behavior of the coach, his colleagues, supervisor and the aministration as I am right now, not upset because of football. I would likely have withdrawn from the school in protest over the way things were handled. I would hope that these kids are not the majority but judging from the crowd there are quite a few “JoePa” supporters. Have kids really become so desensitized to this sort of thing that they can't even see the horror of it? How disturbing.

My favorite part is how after the fact they soberly write these introspective comments about how they were just coming to grips with there pain and loss and how upset they were about their beloved coach. When you can clearly see in all the pictures that they're like “Huh huh, party! Let's break things!” With those dumb smarmy grins on their faces.
