Christopher J. 7 months agoSupporters of #9 - it *does* belong. This immature soul is afraid and angry about being perceived as gay. Literally homophobic… if he regarded gay men as true equals, there would be no cause for offense. Believe me, being thought of as gay does not make you any less interesting to the ladies (often the opposite is the case). And if it’s the attention from the guys that’s getting him so upset, that’s a case of severe insecurity. The attractive straight guys I know — the cool ones — are flattered by the attention and soak it up. What is so upsetting about being thought gay? I am often assumed to be straight; I am not offended (and the misperception hasn’t slowed down my sex life a bit :) )

oh and to #25 ; same sexes can not make children, so castration wouldn’t fix your extreme homophobia. I would have thought you would have learned that in science class (XY, YY). Now you’re not only hateful, you’re ignorant. -

Richard Parker 7 months agoSome of these are homophobic, without a doubt. Others are either legitimate concerns about stereotypes, such as #9, or simple observations about acceptable social behavior. Some homosexuals act like they’re being persecuted if they can’t sleep with multiple partners or make out in public without being judged by society. That’s not homophobia, people; it’s called decency and self-respect!

TxITdude 7 months agoI don’t understand the word homophobic, a phobia is a fear, I don’t believe these people fear gays, they just don’t care for them, some are disgusted by them. Everyone has a right to be disgusted by something, nobody has a right to deprive you of disgust, it’s a two way street.

AdventureNeckbeard 7 months agoI love my gay lads they’re no different from my straight lads, they’re all equally fun together. I believe a man that’s not comfortable around a gay man is insecure about his sexuality. In essence, a real man or woman, doesn’t give a fuck whether you’re gay or not. If you can have a good time you can roll with me and mine. Might want to check into that people.

dandilioness 7 months agoI teach my children that any sentence that starts with, “I’m not trying to be rude but…” or “No offense intended but…” should not be spoken. The sentences from this post fall into the same category.

the title of this post is wrong. it is really only 1 thing you shouldn’t say if you don’t want to sound homophobic - “I’m not homophobic, but…” anything you say after that statement is irrelevant.
