  • God exists. Santa doesn't. This guy is trying to say stop making Christmas about gifts but he's being a jack hole about it. Also, if you're that butt hurt about it maybe you just found out Santa didn't exist. Grow up and stop complaining.

  • Most kids who are old enough to read that have already figured out there is no Santa. That said, there's sometimes a difference between being right (professing truth) and being nice (professing compassion), and since a Christian should aim to be both at all times, this guy still fails.

  • St Nicholas was a real man from Asia Minor, who having been brought up religiously, devoted his life and wealth to charitable giving. The use of St. Nick as the symbol of giving at Christmas is a good and fitting honor.
    He gave in the way he was taught to by his beliefs, honoring God by helping those in need in the way God's gift of Jesus helped a world in need.
    The modern image of Santa is off track but the basic lesson of giving and doing good is at least still there. and at least that opens the door for more to be learned.

  • That's horribly ironic, since Jesus/God is just Santa Clause for adults. It's used to scare them into being good, just like Santa for kids.
