Some random (and, tbh, pretty ballsy) kid was apparently in the same restaurant as Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris and decided to join them for a quick photo op.
I've deduced that he was only sharing the table with them for this photo because there are only two menus around, and three people. So my theory is that the kid borrowed Calvin's menu for the picture.
I've also decided that I don't think Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are actually the parents of this child, no matter what this caption says.
Because we all know they only have one offspring, and it's the snowman they created less than a month ago.
