LINE PLAY Is The Cutest App And We Played It

Prepare yourself for this cuteness.

My name is Ayla. I played LINE PLAY over the weekend, and these are some things that happened.

I put a photo into the app and it gave me an avatar.

It was actually pretty close, but I decided I wanted to be cuter because I'm the boss here.

I tried a lot of different types of looks before I settled on an avatar.

In LINE PLAY you can look like whatever you want. You can be green, or a boy, or even an animal.

Here's my avatar, a much cuter version of myself:

I found myself in a square, not sure of what was happening. Nervous, I began to do sit-ups.

I don't know why my avatar was doing sit-ups, but thankfully the staff avatar gave me some instructions, so I stopped.

I had a "room party" and invited my first avatar friend, Juntae.

The party was fine, but I was thinking about naps the whole time. Juntae told me to decorate my room, get some furniture, and have another party later, with more people. I said, "OK."

I jumped into the rainbow warphole and ended up in a stranger's bedroom. It was decorated with a lot of cats and cat-related objects.

Seriously...there were so many cats in here. I work at BuzzFeed, so I was obviously fine with this. I took a nap here. When you're in someone's "room" you can water their plants, take baths without their permission, eat their food, and clean their furniture for them. I did all of these things.

I went into another stranger's room — that of a sad moon — and I took another bath.

Nobody tried to stop me so I stayed in the bath until my avatar hands became prune-like. I had never felt so clean.

I went into the "Gacha Shop" and discovered I could pay money to get a random prize in a capsule.

I kept playing and ended up with this really cute pink outfit. Sorry, but look how cute I am! I want this outfit for real life so I can wear it on dates.

I went to the furniture shop and bought a sweet Hawaiian Resort Chair for a bargain price.

And then I put it in my room.

I went to the store to buy some new clothes and a new hairstyle. I tried on hundreds of things.

Mainly so I could do this makeover montage.

My new parasol and I went to New York City to meet some international friends.

I was probably overdressed, but I met a lot of people, and I regret nothing. (These avatars are actual other people playing the game, and you can chat to them!)

There were some "official avatars" I could visit, so I went to see a gingerbread man.

I took another bath and watered his plants, because that's how you score extra gems, to buy more clothes and things. Also, you can never be too clean.

Then I went to see avatar Paul McCartney.

He played me a song, and we quickly became friends. You guys, it's Paul McCartney! I was living my dream.

What else? I bought a wedding dress and got a photo done in Paris.

Here's me in my wedding dress. I went to Paris to find a French husband. I didn't find him but that's OK.

Marriage still on my mind, I played again in the Chinese Wedding Gacha Shop, and I won a Chinese Wedding Table.

Now my house is pretty fancy, and people are coming to visit and take baths. They even water my plants. Life is great!

So, in conclusion, LINE PLAY really is the cutest app.
