The backstory:
In 1989, five years before Lisa Kudrow started playing her defining role on Friends, she was still a newbie, working small roles. One of her first TV jobs was appearing on an episode of Cheers. In this episode, Woody gets cast in the play Our Town for his theater group. Kudrow plays Emily, who gets cast as the romantic lead to Woody...which causes some weirdness.
But what's best about this is Kudrow's hair! It's almost black!
