A man in a wheelchair was hoisted above the crowds at the Osheaga music festival in Montreal last weekend during a set from Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros.
As the man approached the front, singer Alex Ebert asked if he'd like to join him on stage. Ebert even headed down himself to help the man get over the security barrier.
Once over the barrier he was carried up to the stage as the crowd of 40,000 cheered. Ebert paused for a selfie with the group as he continued singing "If I Were Free."
