This is Wyatt Scott, a candidate to be the Member of Parliament for the Mission–Matsqui–Fraser Canyon riding in B.C., and he's pretty hardcore about the whole thing.

He believes in expanding social programs and dapping alien brethren.
He also lamented the government's treatment of indigenous people while standing in front of pot leaves and a Mayan temple.
His qualifications appear to include spontaneous beard generation...
...and freakin' LASERS FOR EYES.
Scott's actual platform has fewer lasers and more wholesome portraits with a forest backdrop.
