nehemiahhb 9 months agoIgnorance is no excuse fro these less than congratulatory actions…It is still a throw back to the Al Jolson style racism..It continues to reer it’s ugly head over and over in Italian tv show and advertising.. It is not acceptable. It is a multi- racial society, and world…It was an over-reaction that they had the courage to put this in print and send it all over the world..showing sheer narrow minded ignorance

sbash 11 months agoOkay, I agree that maybe wearing a blackface isn’t the best thing to do to support a soccer player, but I don’t think these fans meant any harm. I highly doubt they are racist and I’m sure they don’t even realize what blackface symbolizes. Either way, I think it’s a bit of an over-reaction to post this picture or have people bash them for their ignorance but at the same time, they should know better.
