The Entire Original Cast Just Signed On For The "Trainspotting" Sequel

Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television.

    Remember how great Trainspotting was?

I mean, will you ever forget this?

Well, the cult film from 1995 will be back in 2017 — AND FEATURE THE ENTIRE ORIGINAL CAST. Yup, Danny Boyle just confirmed that Renton, Sick Boy, Spud, and the rest have signed up for a sequel.

Robert Carlyle is back as Begbie

Jonny Lee Miller will reprise his role as Sick Boy.

Fun fact, he was married to ANGELINA JOLIE when he made this movie. WIIIIIIILD.

Kelly Macdonald will return as Diane.

Ewen Bremner will play Spud again.

What attracts you to the leisure industry, Spud? "In a word: pleasure. It's like, my pleasure in other people's leisure."

    And then there's Renton.

Basically baby Ewan McGregor is the best Ewan McGregor.

"Obviously it's worrying because people will kill us if we made a bad job of it. I will get absolutely crucified," said director Danny Boyle in a recent interview with the BBC.

Seriously, it's so exciting. Just no toilet swimming this time, OK?
