The Basso family of Rockaway Township, New Jersey, recently had some unexpected summer visitors when a family of bears decided to cool off in their backyard pool.
The mother and her five cubs made themselves at home Tuesday afternoon for 12 hours, Tom Basso told News 12 New Jersey.
The bears swam, played with some backyard toys, and had a great time.
During the video, one of the Basso children can be heard off-camera protesting when one of the bears starts playing with her toys. "They took my floaty," she says.
Can you blame them for using the pool? This summer has been UNBEARABLY hot.
