Home-Made Marinades That Will Upgrade Your Meat

"Improve on meat? That's impossible!" You are so wrong.

Note: For all of these, the basic instructions are simple – once you've made the marinade, pour it into a resealable plastic bag, then add your meat. Leave in the fridge for a few hours, and then cook. Don't reuse the marinade, or pour over cooked meat, unless it's also been thoroughly cooked first.

Oh, and ensure you cook your chicken until the juices run clear. That's an important one: Always pay attention when you're cooking meat. Don't take any chances.
