chrism122 2 months agoI’ve found it useful to memorize pi to extensive decimal digits the same way you memorized the alphabet as a child: to the tune of “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star”. three-point-one-four-one-five-nine,
two-six-five-three-five-eight-nine. (see? It even rhymes.)
seven-nine-three, two-three-eight, (that is, two to the third is eight)
four-six-two, six-four-three,
three-eight-three-two-seven-nine
(five-oh)-two eight-eight, forty-one, nine. At one point I had three full verses memorized, which was 120 digits. I stopped at that point, ‘cause I figured any more than that and I’d be a geek. -
