Homeless Man Beat Up On Camera
Both of the horrible assholes responsible for this are fortunately in jail. Taylor Giresi, 20, and his 17-year-old cameraman (whose identity has been withheld because he is a minor) have been arrested for assaulting David Ivins, a transient living in the woods of Wall Township, New Jersey. They recorded the attack, in which they mock and beat Ivins, and posted it on Youtube. WARNING: Disturbing footage.

Happy the video was removed. I did NOT watch this video. The picture alone made me cry. Look how sad his face is…the look in his eyes…I wish I had never seen this. These poor men and women are degraded by society daily and to add, physically, emotionally, mentally, to their pain is so inhumanly disgusting that, really, I’m surprised I had THIS many words. This poor, sweet man… Heart. Broken.

The Wall Township Police Department has coordinated efforts with Wall Helps Its People (WHIP) to set up a donation fund for the assault victim of the “YouTube Video.” WHIP will not be accepting clothing or food donations on his behalf. Monies received will be used to provide the victim with food, clothing, shelter and other necessities that he may need.

Let’s video tape it (bad idea= evidence; but good= evidence)
Let’s post it on Youtube! (you dumb asses! Not only showing your asshole-ness to the world at large, but to cops) I hope the homeless man sues and get’s their college fund and life savings, already I bet he doesn’t even need a lawyer with the recorded evidence. -
