“What you’re trying to do is get me in trouble so I have to pay you $250,000.”

On July 19, 2013, West was caught on tape getting heated with cameraman Daniel Ramos. Footage from the scene shows West lunging at Ramos after speculating that the paparazzo was just trying to get a rise out of him.

“What you’re trying to do is get me in trouble,” West seethed, “so I have to pay you $250,000.”

A month later, Ramos' filed a lawsuit against Kanye West alleging assault, battery, negligence, and interference with his civil rights.

Details of the settlement have not been made public, but one important aspect of the agreement, according to Ramos' lawyer Gloria Allred, was an apology from Kanye himself.

Next time West should try calm down for four-five seconds before wildin'.

Or at least travel with someone to hold him back when he's about to spaz.
