Yes it's called Electone. Very famous in Asia, especially in Japan. I used to go to school for it for about 9 years then moved to the states but couldn't find any Electone here :( I wonder why the states not too fond of it?

She is most certainly playing the guitar on that. She's using overdriven guitar on the left half of the synth in certain parts.

As Darrel M said, she's definitely playing over backing tracks.. her left foot seems to be in sync with the bass lines to the song, but the drums are a track for sure.

Not to be the wet blanket douchebag, but that is an electone with BACKING MUSIC…she isn't playing the drum parts, guitar parts etc…only the organ parts. Still cool though. And before anyone says “look at her feet…blah blah”…the foot pedal is part of playing the organ parts…it is used for sustain and whatnot just like on a piano.
