Lindsay Lohan Rushed To Hospital Following Car Crash

The car rear-ended an 18 wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica. Eye witnesses report Lohan saying the semi cut her off and the accident was not her fault.

Her manager was taken to the ER via ambulance and Lindsay, who was said to be bleeding but not as severely, followed in another car.
