These Pull-Apart Biscuit Muffins Are The Ultimate Brunch Mash-Up

    For days when choosing between a biscuit and a muffin is too damn hard.

    Cheddar Bacon Pull-Apart Muffins

    Makes 8 muffins

    INGREDIENTS

    1 (16-ounce) can biscuit dough

    ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

    6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

    ¼ cup chopped chives

    ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, melted

    PREPARATION

    1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.

    2. Chop the biscuits into 1-inch pieces. In a large bowl, combine biscuit dough, cheddar, bacon, chives, and butter. Toss together so that the biscuits are evenly coated with the fixings.

    3. Divide the biscuit mixture evenly into 8 portions and place in a muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Serve!
