Try Aspic this Thanksgiving!
Think of the best Jell-O salad you've ever had. It was probably lime or cherry flavored, with chunks of pineapple or maybe pear suspended inside. Now replace the fruit with cold, congealed meat stock, throw in some boiled eggs, fish, brussels sprouts, and you have aspic!
