    The program will feature three plenary sessions. The opening panel on Friday morning will feature a discussion on media sources and government secrets with panelists from the United Kingdom and the United States, exploring how to strike the proper balance between access to information and national security in the age of Edward Snowden, Julian Assange and Chelsea Manning. Our second panel on Friday will be our traditional historical plenary session, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Cox Broadcasting v. Cohn and examining the right to publish offi cial information in the face of a right-to-be-forgotten movement. On Saturday morning, our third plenary session will focus on modern challenges in defining commercial speech, applying First Amendment protections to "native advertising" and monetizing content.
