Yep, Bethenny's look of concern is courtesy of Jill's "gay husband" and his shopping technique.

Bethenny and LuAnn had just met, yet LuAnn felt comfortable enough to show off her burnt boobs.

The Countess thought it was in bad taste to let "the help" refer to you by first name.

And they did! It's called "Little Kids, Big City: Tales from a Real House in New York City (With Lessons on Life and Love for Your Own Concrete Jungle)."

Even though Bethenny claimed to have seen Kelly's name attached to everything — including "on a Chinese takeout menu" — Kelly refused to lend her name to Jill's arthritis event.

Kelly actually said, “This is you, this is me.” But, still, she put herself above Bethenny.

While Bethenny complained about the environmental impact of the SUV, Jill complained about how hard the AC was blowing.

Kelly wouldn't listen to what Bethenny was saying, but she was more than happy to talk about Bethenny's Marc Jacobs dress.

“When I was 15, I was voted the most charitable person in my area."

LuAnn was talking about the surfing lesson they took the previous season. At the time, Bethenny joked that LuAnn expected her to pay for it, even though Bethenny had less money.

Jill let LuAnn listen in on the phone call that effectively ended her friendship with Bethenny.

Nine months later, Bethenny and Jason welcomed a little girl named Bryn.

Kelly was trying to convince Sonja that it was OK that Bethenny's dad wasn't a big part of her life.

This is actually when Kelly invoked the phrase "satchels of gold" ... whatever that means.

Uh oh. Looks like it's time for a "RHONY" re-watch!

We know, it's been a while since Bethenny was last on "RHONY." It's OK.
