This is Life in Film, four British lads who write buoyant indie pop.
You've likely heard their small hit "Idiot" at some point along the way.
The band's debut album, Here It Comes, is out on May 5 on +1 Records / 300 Entertainment, and its first single "Get Closer" is quite a gem -- an airy, blissed-out romp. The new lyric video for the song illustrates this perfectly.
"We have always wanted an animation video so we were really happy to work with Lucy Watkins on this," says LiF frontman Samuel Fry of the song's lyric video, premiering exclusively today on BuzzFeed Music.
"We love the way lyrics are represented," Fry says. The band is stateside with a handful of dates starting in April and "are really excited to be coming to North America to play this single."
