Much has been said about new Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull's wealth.
With some estimating his Point Piper mansion to be worth up to $50 million dollars, Turnbull was also included in BRW's 2010 Rich List with a net worth of $186 million dollars.
Almost in unison with his swearing in as Prime Minister, many were wondering if Turnbull would move from his luxurious mansion to the slightly less opulent Kirribilli House, the traditional home of Australian Prime Ministers.
With news this week that Turnbull will not be moving in, one punter has taken it upon themselves to offer up the harbourside heritage home for rent.
It comes with a bunch of perks, from the 48-burner barbie to the "big red button."
It is not yet confirmed if the ad's author is indeed Turnbull.
