Ed Sheeran Performed At The Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, And Ellis Island All In One Day

As part of his "Multiply Day" in honor of his new album, x.

In honor of Ed Sheeran's new album, x (released yesterday), the British singer-songwriter did the thing he knows best: gig it up.

Continuing his tradition of past "Multiply" shows, Ed played several shows throughout the city, each audience multiplying in size.

    (His album is pronounced "multiply.")

Ed kicked the day off with a small show at a TV studio, followed by a few songs atop the Empire State Building, and then performed for hundreds of shrieking fans at Rockefeller Plaza.

It all ended with a show and fireworks on Ellis Island, with the Statue of Liberty in view.
