    5 Three-Song Workouts For Total-Body Fitness

    If you've got 10 minutes, you've got enough time to rock out — er, work out. We supply the workouts and the playlists, you bring the ruckus.

    The right workout + the right music = match made in fitness heaven

    We asked fitness expert Holly Perkins, C.S.C.S, founder of Women’s Strength Nation to design five workouts that each have two important characteristics:

    1. They provide a legit, kickass workout.

    2. They can be done in the time it takes you to listen to three upbeat, impossible-not-to-move-to songs. (Each song has a strong rhythm and 120 to 145 beats per minute (BPM), which is the tempo sweet spot for exercise motivation.)

    Check out the workouts and listen to the playlists below (and follow BuzzFeed Life on Spotify so you can subscribe to the playlists). You can do a couple of the workouts back to back, work them into your existing routine, or, if you're already a total boss, use them as warm-ups.
