People Are Savagely Calling Out An NYT Article That Has Only Just Confirmed Deep Breathing Is Good

On April 5, The New York Times published an article that states scientists have just discovered that deep breathing is a calming and healthy activity for human beings.

The article, titled "Why Deep Breathing May Keep Us Calm", describes how a group of research scientists at Stanford, U.C.L.A and other universities conducted a study on mice that confirmed the fact that deep breathing is a good reliever of stress, anxiety and results in better general health.

This is all well and good, buuttttt this new ~discovery~ is something Indians have known for years. Deep breathing is an integral part of yoga, and well, everyone has been doing that for decades in order to live a healthier life.
