Lloyd Quinan is a former MSP for the Scottish Nationalist Party. At a recent public meeting for the pro-independence campaign, Quinan said: "If you vote no, and you leave [Scots] with more of the same, then you're a bad parent."
He added that Scots had "an opportunity to change the lives and the life chances of our children for the future".
