These Students Are Crowdfunding For The Chance To Hear An Ed Miliband Speech

They're very keen to share their thoughts with the Labour leader.

A group of students is crowdfunding so they can attend an Ed Miliband event and give the Labour leader their thoughts on his policies.

On Thursday, Miliband revealed to an audience at a school in north London that Labour will launch a "youth consultation" on Friday that aims to hear from "hundreds of young people".

He said young voters will have the opportunity to give their thoughts on Labour policy, including whether they believe the voting age should be lowered to 16.

Miliband has invited young people from across the country to the event in Sheffield on Friday, and one group is so keen to go that they're crowdfunding for train tickets.
