Lea Michele Shares Heartbreaking Post For Cory Monteith On Third Anniversary Of His Death

Three years after Glee actor Cory Monteith died, Lea Michele posted a heartfelt message in her late boyfriend's memory.

To mark the third anniversary of his death, Michele posted Wednesday, "We may not have gotten to share a lifetime together... But the memories.. they're the best of my life."

Monteith died on July 13, 2013, in Vancouver at the age of 31 from an overdose of heroin and alcohol.

Since his death, Michele has been honoring her former Glee co-star and boyfriend Monteith by sharing bittersweet messages.
