    3月1日、激しい乱気流に巻き込まれ7人の負傷者を出したルフトハンザ航空469便。その便に、俳優マシュー・マコノヒーと、妻でモデルのカミラ・アルヴェスが搭乗していたことがわかった。搭乗していた他の乗客も当時の様子を証言。皿やグラスだけでなく、接客中の客室乗務員まで天井に叩きつけられていたと話した。
