I couldn’t figure out how to navigate facebook for the first 2 years. I think they make their site easier with each update, but I know I’m just the exception. I still see people upset with the timeline!
Companies have a right to change their product and experience and owe as much to the consumer as the consumer pays for the product. When a consumer pays nothing for the product, the consumer is owed nothing. Facebook owes its users nothing. Considering its the users are individuals who choose to continue their use of the completely optional and free service. You don’t pay anything to use Facebook so they have the absolute right to dictate and control the experience as much as they want. As a response the consumer can just choose to stop using this free service. I think every single person who bitches and moans about Facebook changes, makes threats to leave, joins groups demanding changes back to the original format then keep their are so full of shit they should be slapped.
