A Little Boy Dressed Up As A Marine To Honor His Father At Arlington

Christian Jacobs' dad Christopher died in a training accident when he was only 8 months old.

A little boy whose Marine father died when he was a baby dressed up in a uniform to pay tribute to his father at the Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day.

The touching tribute by Christian Jacobs, 4, was captured by photographers covering the service at the cemetery on Monday.

Christian's father, Marine Sgt. Christopher James Jacobs, served several tours in Iraq and Afghanistan before he was killed in a training accident in 2011.

His son was only 8 months old when he died.

Christian also wrote his dad a card, CNN reported.

Christian and his mom Brittany have traveled to Arlington from North Carolina on Memorial Day to pay tribute to their fallen Marine in previous years as well.
