Tech Buzz Much like Facebook changing their TOS (though for very, very different reasons), Tumblr has launched a mini-controversy after suspending five users due to recent changes in their community policy. The five removed accounts were each devoted to reblogging and mocking other people's posts. Should users who regularly abuse/harass/mock other users be allowed to stay in the community or banned? Or is it exactly the plethora of voices that makes a community strong and vibrant?

It all depends on where the line is drawn. If those sites were indeed harassing the community and it's members, I don't see a problem in suspending their accounts. Sure, it's a free place to vent, and even mock people to some class, but if it's just blatant, rude, and borderline uncivil… what would expect other than suspension?
Ban Jonah!! :) But honestly, Buzzfeed is one of the few places I actually read the comments because it's usually free of idiocy. Conversely, I can't even look at Digg's comments because they are 99% crap.
