The man who claimed to be behind the “Sarah Palin doesn’t know Africa is a continent” news item doesn’t actually exist. Updated: MSNBC wrongly traced the story back to Eisenstadt, supposedly a a McCain policy adviser. But he’s a made-up character working for a made-up institute.
