You were wrong to have hope in a politician who was backed by the financial industry. He doesn't want universal healthcare or an end to wars or an economy based on anything more than extreme consolidation of wealth. PS - he just cut US humanitarian aid to Africa to half of what it was under BUSH.

I don't get this. People are disappointed because they had unrealistic expectations of Obama. Be realistic folks. And remember that he's only been in office less than a year! Even so, he's gotten some pretty substantial things done by taking on big tobacco, credit card companies, defense contractors, etc.
