Ron Paul Suggests He’ll Vote For Gary Johnson
“There are other people who are technically capable of winning because they’re on a lot of ballots.”
In a Fox Business interview Wednesday, Rep. Ron Paul refused to say who he was planning on voting for — but ruled out voting for Mitt Romney or President Obama, leaving only one plausible option.
“I obviously haven’t announced in support for Romney, so that means that’s very unlikely,” Paul said. “And I don’t think anybody think’s I’m going to vote for Obama. So it’s back to that frustration level in not seeing a dramatic choice in how the system works.”
“Tonight there’s a debate going on,” Paul said. “And if you come to the conclusion that the candidates aren’t all that different, why do we have to just listen to two of them?”
“There are other people who are technically capable of winning because they’re on a lot of ballots,” Paul said, to which his interviewer said “Like Gary Johnson, for example.”
“Yeah,” Paul said. But he wouldn’t confirm that he was definitely voting for Johnson.

THERE'S WAFFLE IN 'EM 8 months agoVoting for Ron Paul or Gary Johnson = throwing your ballot into the fire. The only good thing about it is that all of the more right-leaning libertarians are keeping votes from Romney.

aaronm31 8 months ago‘Moral coward’? Care to elaborate? Defending personal liberty is the opposite of being a coward! you need to do some research outside of your talk radio and Fox news bubble. The ones taking away your liberty before you can use it are the real cowards! If Obama gets re-elected, it has nothing to do with 3rd parties. We have freedom in this country to vote for whomever we want, and for you to suggest that we should forgo that freedom to choose the ‘lesser evil’, is just stupid! People like you, who know nothing of the real world, and only rely on Rush and Fox, end up doing more damage than you realize. Go vote for Romeny, and you will learn the hard way that Obama and Romney have more in common than you know! A vote for Romeny is just as good as a vote for Obama, as we will still get socialized medicine, just in another rebranded form, the wars will never end, and taxes will still go up, just from another angle. It’s one party, with two heads. Truth is, they both agree on all the big issues, the real issues we don’t hear being debated, and disagree publically on all the minor issues, the issues we are told to accept as the ‘big’ ones, when they are not big at all! A 3rd party voice is needed, and you know this deep down. At the very least, in a republic, all the candiates should be in the debates!
