Kansas Governor’s Facebook Wall Shut Down After Spamming

Women spammed Gov. Sam Brownback’s Facebook wall with snarky comments over his support of a controversial abortion bill in Kansas.

After a deluge of joke comments on his Facebook wall last week, Sam Brownback’s staff seems to have given up on allowing outside posts at all. His page is now on Timeline and all the posts are from Brownback himself.

Update 4:01 p.m.: Brownback spammers have been emailing to say that their comments are in fact still there — but the Timeline makes it so you can’t see them. They’re hidden in the “Posts by others” section.
