5 Things Following Mitt Romney’s Bus Tour

Paid protesters, a giant pack of birth control pills, and a plane trail the Republican through swing states.

1. The DNC

The Democratic National Committee has sent its “Under the Bus” bus to states where Romney is also visiting.

2. The MoveOn “Romneymobile”

Not to be outdone, MoveOn has been sending out a Cadillac with a fake dog on the roof called the “Romneymobile.”

3. The MoveOn Plane

MoveOn has also been sending out a plane that flies messages denouncing Romney over his bus tour events.

4. Pillamina

Planned Parenthood announced today that Pillamina, a human in a birth control costume, will tail Romney as well. Planned Parenthood spokeswoman Liz Clark said that Pillamina will be a different person at each stop, and she’s already made appearances in New Hampshire and Ohio. She does not have her own bus.

5. Paid Hecklers

As reported by BuzzFeed’s McKay Coppins, protesters being paid to show up and heckle Romney are now in on the act too.
