Where Are The NYC Troublemakers?

Thanks to this nifty map tool from the New York World, you can scope out where petty crime happens in New York City — or where not to hang out, should you be urinating in public holding an open container while being an unlicensed vendor. According to the site, 348,851 summonses were written in 2011, with only half substantiated in court. (The blue bubbles represent activity over precincts — it’s not quite a heat map.)
