      This is good news, but it aint over yet and hate to rain on people’s parade the fact that this made it through the 9th Circuit isn’t surprising considering it is the most liberal appeals court circuit in the nation, also the vote on the 3 judge pannel (2-1) means this was probably along party line (2 Democratic appointees and 1 Republican Appointee). The real challenge is making it past the Supreme Court which has a nasty habit of ripping the 9th Circuit a new one, being the 9th Circuit is the most overturned appeals court in the nation. So yea don’t break out the champagne yet, this was just preliminaries.
