I have no reason not to believe that Mitt Romney is a perfectly pleasant, nice person when he is with his family and friends. He's human and not pure evil. I bet he's a decent or even good husband, father, grandfather and friend. His opinions and policy concerning people who are not his family, friends, peers worry me. It's his right to be rich - but rich people need to be aware what a great privilege that is and that there are many, many people who are not that lucky and therefore need the government's and society's help.
Btw - Obama is also a nice family man…

1. Driving a used car over 5 years old.
2. Working. At a job. To pay the bills.
3. Fixing a broken lawn mower.
4. Deciding whether to pay the electric bill, gas bill, or mortgage.
5. Writing future dated checks because if they clear today you're fucked. What is not “perfectly normal”:
1. Permanent vacationing with your horse teeth sons and their Stepford wives.
