The Cincinnati Zoo Live-Tweeted A Giraffe Birth

Spoiler alert: It's a girl! Warning: graphic images.

On Monday morning, the Cincinnati Zoo started the hashtag #GiraffeBirth and then proceeded to live-tweet a 7-year-old giraffe named Tessa's labor, which took more than five hours.

The #giraffebirth is happening! Tessa is in labor and two hooves are showing...

FYI the Cincinnati Zoo is looking for name suggestion for the baby giraffe. On Thursday, the zoo will announce the final four for a public vote.
