obviously these are amazing, but I don’t understand the hate amongst the reddit/buzzfeed/imgur community for CG? These are both two types of art that make fantasy a “reality.” They both bring life to things that were just thoughts and dreams. Learn to appreciate them both!

I was already really impressed with the visual effects of Prometheus (pretty much the one thing I was the happiest with in regards to that movie), but knowing that such major components were actually animatronics is incredible.
