I remember seeing this a while back and it really touched my heart because I knew that this could be me and it made me sad! This is the reason why I’m fighting for gay rights, for my rights!

Once again- I’m thankful I live in Canada. My heart goes out to anyone who’s suffered like this. It’s just fucking wrong!

Ok, being a gay man myself, I understand the plight of the strip, however, there is a slight bit of information that should be added. My current employer and all of my previous employers did not discriminate on health insurance. It was for themselves, children and partner, spouse, whatever. So depending on the insurer, the health insurance should’ve covered both of them. The only part that gets me a bit choked up is not being able to see my partner were he ever sick, simply because we’re not “family” even though he’s a part of my life. I am terrified of that happening because I cannot think of having a truly loved one pass without me by their side.

If that was me, I probably would have shot everyone who was rude to me.

It took the vatican 400 years to forgive galileo and compared to modern evangelicals, they’re downright progressive. apparently, praying against gay marriage seems to be working.

Any one else notice the stereotype of gay people adopting kids outside of there race? Not saying that its bad its just interesting.
