Four More Pieces Of Baseless Speculation About Mitt Romney

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid charged that Romney hasn’t paid taxes in 10 years. Here’s some more random stuff Romney hasn’t proven false.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid claimed Tuesday that an unidentified “Bain Investor” called to inform him that Mitt Romney “ didn’t pay any taxes for 10 years,” a charge the Senate’s top Democrat repeated on the chamber floor Wednesday, despite a denial from Senator John McCain, whose campaign examined Romney’s returns in 2008.

Reid’s wild charge begs the question, however: What else is Mitt Romney not telling people he may or may not have done. Because this isn’t the only thing the presumptive Republican presidential nominee has not yet disproven to the American public.

Here are some more negatives that remain unproven.

1. That he is not the Lindbergh baby.

2. That he does not have a Ron Paul neck tattoo.

3. That he knows what was in Marcellus Wallace’s briefcase.

4. That he did not plant a bomb in Harry Reid’s car in 1981.
