It's not hidden by any means, there are options to have sex with at least four of your party members. There are female and male heteros, and then female and male bisexuals. You've got to flirt with and woo them first, and make some fairly blatant choices to get to the sex scene. Anyone complaining about this needs to learn to read the dialogue and look at ratings instead of blindly clicking through the dialogue options.  I thought the whole relationship aspect was nicely done. Don't have to participate if you don't want to, but it can change the outcome of the game if you do.

It's not hidden! Anyone can have sex with Zevran, he swings both ways! It just depends on the character you create. My female elf could get jiggy with him too. If you want to play as a bear, I suggest going with the dwarf noble.
